Seasonal Home Maintenance Checklist

Regular upkeep helps prevent bigger repair costs later. Use this simple checklist as a starting point for routine seasonal maintenance.

Roof & Gutters

Inspect for loose materials, clogged gutters, drainage issues, and signs of water intrusion around penetrations and edges.

Siding & Trim

Look for peeling paint, damaged trim, cracked caulking, or signs of moisture entry and wood damage.

Windows & Doors

Check weatherstripping, sealant, hardware, and any signs of sticking, air leaks, or water entry.

Decks & Exterior Stairs

Inspect for loose fasteners, soft spots, rot, unstable railings, and worn finishes.

Bathrooms & Kitchens

Check for leaks under sinks, around fixtures, and at backsplash or tub/shower transitions where moisture can build up over time.

General Repairs

Address small issues early. Minor maintenance often becomes more expensive when ignored too long.
